Encounter with the Gentle Giants (Whale Shark) in Oslob

Surigao City

Since I had already booked our flight from there to Cebu, I didn’t really have a choice but to leave Siargao. creys Surigao City is located at the northeasternmost tip of Mindanao Island in the Philippines and is the capital of the province of Surigao del Norte. I really had no idea about Surigao City, and I didn’t even know what to do there. lol
