Cebu has a lot of camping sites to offer, and I have many acquaintances who love hiking and ticking things off their bucket lists. I feel a bit envious about it because, although I have tried hiking and camping, I don’t have enough experience to share. There’s a mountain climber club from my previous workplace, and they always invite everyone, including me, to try it out. But I always end up nodding and then pretending to forget about it, like a toxic avoidant person. Short Escape in Pacific Cebu Resort

I was looking for a great place to stay to chill which will not hurt my budget since I’m not really a fan of resorts. Thankful to my friend who suggested the place, I have booked a room for only 3,999php per night. Since I won’t be staying long at the resort ’cause I still have a flight the next day then it was a short escape in Pacific Cebu Resort, indeed.

Team Building in Camotes

Stressed from work and want a short break to relax and unwind? There’s an island just two hours away from mainland Cebu. It’s another gem Cebu can be proud of and comparable to Bantayan Island and Malapascua Island. Summer has officially started, and we, as a team, were looking for a nice place to hold our team-building activity when we decided on Camotes Island. It was a great idea since I hadn’t been there yet. Yep, you read that right, I’ve never been to this place. And please don’t ask me why, because I don’t know either.

Cangcalanog Falls of Alegria Cebu

I’ve been searching for some new waterfalls to explore on the web when I accidentally found this unspoiled falls somewhere in South of Cebu. In awe, I’ve invited my friends to check the place last month. Unfortunately, there was a strong typhoon that hits Philippines then we had to cancel it. But then there’s always this feeling of urge to visit the place so I decided to go. Cangcalanog Falls of Alegria Cebu is just 3 hours away from the city. A perfect place to unwind and relax with your friends, family or with yourself (forever alone).

Chateau Blanc in Guadalupe

It’s Team Building time again and I’m very excited ’cause this is my first TB with my new team! *hoooooraaaaay!* Aside from that, we are also looking forward to visit the newest venue for team building — the Chateau Blanc in Guadalupe. Another privately owned rest house that is hidden somewhere on the top of the mountains lol. But honestly, it is really hidden ’cause no one really knows that this place exists until our supervisors went there for their team building. So whoever discovered this place? Bless your soul.

Side trip in Malapascua Island

After our overnight stay on Kalanggaman Island, which you can check out here, Kuya “Crew” from the pump boat suggested that we take a side trip to Malapascua Island. Since most of my group had never been there, we didn’t hesitate to go. I was also quite excited as my last trip to Malapascua wasn’t very memorable due to a typhoon. Haha! Our side trip to Malapascua Island was unplanned, and we weren’t planning to stay overnight since we were almost out of cash and there’s no ATM on the island. Nevertheless, that didn’t stop us from having fun.

Cat Cafe in Cebu

So who love cats here?!! And who loves to spend most of their time on coffee shops??!! If that’s you then you might want to know that there’s a new coffee shop somewhere in Guadalupe where you can interact and play with cats. Yes, you read it right! A cat cafe! Cat Cafe in Cebu, located near Villa Fatima Subdivision, is the first coffee shop to establish this kind of idea. Most popular in Japan, the cat owner of the cafe or shop gave Cebu the opportunity to try this one of a kind experience.

Oponside Skatepark

Recently, Opon in Lapu-Lapu City officially opened the first and only skate park in the Philippines that has been financed by the local government. *cheers to that!* This post might be new to you since I’m more into blogging travel destinations. But who doesn’t want to brag about this? A skate park with a small skate bowl in Lapu-Lapu! Plus music fest and skate competitions on that day. Anyone would brag about that one-of-a-kind event. Team Building in Oslob with Steno!!

What month is it?!!! It’s TEAM BUILDING TIME!!!! And this time, it will be in Oslob. insert party emoji here Everyone’s excited for the team building since it will be the perfect opportunity to relax and take a break from all the stress at work. On top of that, we’ll be visiting lots of tourist spots in Oslob! This is not my first time in Oslob, as I’ve already visited its most famous tourist spots: whale shark watching in Tan-awan and Tumalog Falls last summer. This time, however, the team won’t be going whale shark watching, as it’s quite expensive and our budget is tight. So, how did it go?
