Dayclubs are very famous in Bali, and honestly, I didn’t know that at first. They say your Bali trip won’t be complete unless you visit one of their dayclubs. So I searched and searched, and found day clubs with Instagrammable views, amazing cocktails, and great party reviews. But I didn’t really care about those because I just wanted a less crowded day club. Good thing I found Omma Dayclub.

The original plan is just Bali, Indonesia, but since there are no direct flights from Cebu and I don’t want to go to Manila just to travel to Bali then we just decided to go to Singapore and stay for 2 days. As usual, we’re just going to the same places we’ve been to before, especially in Singapore since this is my fourth time and Ron’s second time. It’s Spring time and since we have a multiple-entry visa in Japan, we wanted to visit there again to experience cherry blossoms. But out of nowhere, we decided to go to South Korea too. So I let my impulsive side take over and boom, I booked a roundtrip ticket from Cebu-Seoul then Osaka-Cebu then planned a 15 day itinerary. *throws confetti* We’re very used to traveling across multiple cities, prefectures, and countries, you name it, so planning this trip wasn’t that hard.
Who doesn’t love to see cherry blossoms in real life – especially in full bloom? So here we are, planning for another Japan Trip and excited to see the beauty of Sakura flowers. We saw cherry blossoms in Nara during our winter trip before, but it was just a small tree. Seeing one for the first time already made us so happy, so imagine how amazing it would be to see them during peak season.
Yanagawa is sometimes called the “Venice of Kyushu” due to its kilometers-long network of canals. Just an hour and a half away from Hakata City, you can reach this off-the-beaten-path destination and enjoy a river cruise – a perfect for a day trip in Fukuoka. It will be our first time in South Korea and we’re kind of excited and not really expecting too much. We watch K-dramas but it didn’t really got into my head to visit here. I am not really into cosmetics or a die-hard fan of skin care routines as well. I am excited to see North Korea though *insert North Korea’s national anthem* so I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve always wanted to visit there someday so thinking about it made me excited about South Korea lol.
Me and Ron are really excited to visit Alpaca World because alpacas are incredibly cute, and it’s our first time seeing one in person. Alpaca World is located in Gangwon-do province and is atleast 2 hours away from Seoul. We want to make our life easier by booking a joiners trip in Klook together with the other destination, which are Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm. In this way, we can just ride the bus on our way to all destinations, hassle free.
Getting the opportunity to see the North Korean border was both thrilling and exciting, so when I booked our plane tickets to South Korea, this tour was non-negotiable. I immediately searched for how to get there and, before I knew it, here we were, enjoying this once-in-a-lifetime experience. To be honest, I’ve always dreamed of visiting North Korea in the future, but for now, seeing the border is enough. I might even say this was the highlight of our South Korea tour.
