It’s Team Building time again and I’m very excited ’cause this is my first TB with my new team! *hoooooraaaaay!* Aside from that, we are  also looking forward to visit the newest venue for team building — the Chateau Blanc in Guadalupe.

Another privately owned rest house that is hidden somewhere on the top of the mountains lol. But honestly, it is really hidden ’cause no one really knows that this place exists until our supervisors went there for their team building. So whoever discovered this place? Bless your soul.
Now, if you can remember or heard about Rancho Cancio then they are just pretty similar to each other. You can have the place on your own for an overnight stay as long as you’ll pay the P10,000 rent. Yes, you read it right! P10,000 for 10 heads and another 300 pesos for every additional person. The inclusives are the following:
  • kitchen
  • living room
  • dining area
  • bedrooms that’s good for 3 and has its own bathroom each
  • infinity pool
  • && the very breathtaking view

The interior design is jaw dropping and to all who love selfies? Be ready with your phone cameras and chargers cause you will really enjoy every corner of this house.

They also have a grill area just outside the kitchen and day use for it is P800. With that, you can already use their cooking utensils, freezer, refrigerator and other cooking equipment.

How To Get There?
You will need to rent a van if you don’t have your own private vehicle. Take note that the rest house is very far from the city and no public vehicle passes its area. In our case, we took the road from Guadalupe Church to Barangay Pamutan. You can ask for directions if where’s Dr. Briones’ house.

By the way, before you’ll reach the rest house, you will need to hike this steep road especially if it’s raining ’cause it will be very dangerous.

Things To Remember:

  • bring your own towel
  • bring jackets, comforters or pajamas ’cause the place is really really cold especially at night
  • there’s signal for every network but sun is weaker
