Family Bonding Time! Since it’s summer, my family decided to have a mini getaway. And since Papa didn’t want to go south, we just went to the north side. I searched for resorts there because I’m not really familiar with the area. I even looked into El Salvador, but I didn’t like the place. Then, I saw my friend on Facebook uploading her summer photos. Evil grin And that’s how I found Coco Palm Resort.
How to get there?
Coco Palm Resort is located in Sabang, Danao City, Cebu. To get there, you can take a V-Hire at SM, a Ceres Bus at Cebu North Terminal, or your own transportation. It’s also easy to spot the resort because they have a big sign outside.

The place
I love the ambiance of the resort. Aside from being elegant, they have a large lawn area. The resort has two pools: one for day use, and the infinity pool for guests who rented a room.
For only ₱150 for day use, which includes pool access, you can already have fun and call it a day. One downside is that the resort has a corkage fee, but I guess it makes sense since the place looks quite upscale.

The resort also offers inflatables but the waves are so strong that time that we haven’t even tried one.
The view below is where the inflatables are.
